An indoor cycling class on a stationary bike, this can be a great way to get in a vigorous workout, burning calories and keeping your muscles in shape. Endurance:Efficiently train your body to be better at metabolizing fat by maintaining a comfortable pace for extended periods. Intervals:Emphasis will be on speed, tempo, timing and rhythm. Higher RPM on flats and hills mixed with recovery stretches will help you develop the ability to recover quickly after work efforts. Aerobic Base:You will work your heart and your lungs at a steady pace rather than forcing them to do more than they really can. By doing this, they're going to be stronger overall.
